Water heater broke on a Friday night sometime after midnight. Called Home Depot and were referred to their installation firm which is DRF. My wife spoke with their office and they were able to provide emergency installation service on Saturday. Andrew and his teammate arrived late on Saturday afternoon. I had already drained the tank so they assessed the situation to see that it compared to the photo's their firm had requested in advance from us so they could be prepared to work when they arrived which impressed me. We did some quick paper work using an computer pad which allowed them to quick send the to the office and to me. This allowed them to get right to work to do the removal and replacement installation. The new tank was taller so new fittings and shut off valves were used for both the water lines and gas line. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crew cleaned up, Andrew explained the new unit, left me the paperwork to study and they were gone in about an hour. It went very smoothly and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole operation. I would highly recommend Andrew and the firm if you need this type of work done.
