Andy G and Kyle were friendly, courteous and, most importantly, honest! Our old water heater was still under warranty and we had no idea! He could have easily sold me a new one and made more money, but he ended up saving us the price of the new water heater! And he dealt with GE on the warranty right there and then. Awesome service.
