Kevin and Kyle did an excellent job at replacing our water heater, however, the day after the installation as I was coming up the basement stairs, I noticed several gouges in the drywall along the sides of the stairs that must have happened when either bringing the old heater out or the new down to the basement . Wish I had noticed that day.
