Jesse and Anthony did a great and very fast job replacing our old water heater. We did have a question on the ground straps. Initially we were told that we would need 2 by Maria. Checked with the villaage of woodridge and they confirmed that a ground strap was needed. I guess thats a new requirement in Woodridge. On the order w for a total of 144.00. Then we were credited 50.00 because we didn't need 3 ground straps. As far as I could see only one ground strap was installed. There is a photo on our order so that you can see that only one was installed yet we were charged for two ground straps. 48.00 for a ground strap seems awfully high in price. We are not sure we needed to be charged for two ground straps if only one was installed. We feel that a credit of 48.00 is due us. Jessie and Anthony did a very nice job and were pleasant. Clarks
