I want to commend Joyce in customer service who went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me with a difficult warranty claim on an older hot water heater that was going absolutely nowhere with the manufacture of a hot water heater until I was directed by the service desk at Home Depot to contact DRF and was able to talk to Joyce on the phone. She was able to put me in touch with the proper person to talk to at the warranty department of the manufacturer of my particular unit and helped me come to a satisfactory solution with them. She stayed on the phone with me during the entire lengthy process while I was speaking with the other company and was one of the friendliest and most courteous customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Rich who installed the unit was also very courteous and friendly and quickly installed my new unit.
