After completing an install on my water heater, I asked Kevin if he could replace my leaky shut-off valve for my house. He quoted me a price and, frankly, I thought it was a bit much. I decided to check with a company that had installed a shower valve years ago. Well, I found out they don't do plumbing anymore. So I found a couple more on-line (one was later recommended to me by one of my co-workers). That one was 140% higher in price than what Kevin had quoted me. The other never bothered to contact me.
