Great initial service, but we had an issue with the gas shutoff valve that required a visit from Nicor and a return visit from DRF. on the second visit, they were again very courteous and quick resolved the problem. I appreciate the fact that when it was clear that there was an issue with the initial install, they quickly resolved the problem.
