Andy & Kyle came out to replace our leaking GE water heater with a Rheem that we purchased that morning at Home Depot. They were actually not only on time but early. But the best surprise ( and I know that surprises in this industry tend to be bad) turned out that Andy noticed that the old hot water heater was still under warranty. He took the initiative to call in and get us a SUBSTANTIAL discount on our new water heater. Had he not done that , I wouldn't have thought about it. They did an excellent job, timely and cleaned up everything afterwards. DRF is a contractor for Home Depot and a very pleasant surprise. Thanks to Andy for his effort in getting us the discount due to previous warranty. I would strongly recommend using them for future plumbing needs.
