The nicest installation technician I've ever had in my house. Knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help wherever was needed. We have a problem with our basement flooding-- he went outside our house with us, looking for some cinderblocks so that we could put the new water heater on them, in case the basement flooded again. Even carried them down to the basement. He worked quickly, efficiently, and we passed our plumbing inspection in seconds. If we ever need plumbing work, or any sort of installation work, we're going to be calling these guys again!
