Second time using you guys. First time at my lake house in South Haven Mi. This time here in Hinsdale. Both times the service before arrival is outstanding. Sending pictures making sure everything will work. When you get to the installer, it’s amazingly quick and professional.
If I had any constructive feedback it would be to have a singular presence. There are a lot of people in the process. Sales, Permit, Dispatch, etc… Your never real sure where you’re at in the process. Would be nice to have a portal to understand The Who what when. What are the next steps, etc. Maybe an app.

This South Haven, Michigan customer needed to replace a 13 year old 40 gallon propane water heater in their single family home. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s basement. Since South Haven requires a safety inspection for this service, DRF assisted this customer in obtaining the required documents prior to the installation.
