Today, Donovan came to replace our water heater and he took the time to carefully assess our set up. He concluded that we did not need a new water heater and that our current hot water heater was still under warranty. He also noticed that the shut off valves were old and inoperable and needed to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient (with all of our questions) and courteous. It is so refreshing to find an honest person who truly cares about his job. We will ask for Donovan to come back to fix the valves. We need more honest people in this world!
