Rich and his assistant did a nice job getting the new tank to fit properly in a fairly tight spot. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The one negative in this experience is no reflection on the installers, it was the cost. I was not expecting the cost of the installation to be something like 160% of the cost of the water heater. But, I guess I'm out of touch as I have always been the DIY guy.
