Kevin and Tyler were extremely professional. I have a very small space for a water heater, and it had other installation challenges as well, but they took a lot of time to get everything right. They also left my house clean (Kevin was worried they'd tracked in mud, but they didn't). And, maybe most important, Kevin removed a deceased mouse from the space occupied by the old water heater.
