Tom R. from DRF Water Heating Solutions provided us exceptionally good service in correcting the problem we had with the shower water. We could not get hot water. The shower will start with hot water but in a few seconds hot water will stop coming. Tom thoroughly diagnosed the entire plumbing system and checked all faucets and concluded the problem was at the shower faucet. Other faucets were operating properly. After locating the problem point, Tom looked into the Kohler shower faucet and shower head. The mixer and shower head both were clogged with calcium deposits. Tom replaced both with new mixer and new faucet and problem was completely corrected. We appreciated the time Tom spent to identify the problem, its location and origin and corrected the same.
