Impressed from start to finish! Same day service and installation of my new water heater was an amazing experience. Starting with Ellen who took my initial phone call. Very professional, pleasant, explained all my options along with the pricing. Never was pushed or felt pressured into purchasing a more expensive package deal. I called late in the morning and my new water heater was in and running a few hours later. I was called 4 times to update me on the arrival time of the plumbing team, as they were driving from far away. I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the very sweet man who kept me updated. Tom R and his partner Bill were the best! Took pictures and explained every detail of what they would do, fix and replace. Tom was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable having Tom and Bill in my home. They also made sure all my faucets were cleared all sediment and running well. Water heater was put in quickly, professionally and I couldn't be happier! Thank you DRF for hiring a great team of workers. Your company would not be what it is today without them.
