A couple weeks after moving into my new condo the water heater stopped working. As cold showers are really not all they're cracked up to be, I wanted to get a new one installed as soon as possible.Everyone at DRF was great and very helpful in this regard... from Andrea who helped me with the order, figured out what product and service were right for my situation, and scheduled the service... to Mike P. and Jake who installed the new unit. Mike recommended an additional product he noticed would be helpful and was able to include that in the installation even though it wasn't part of the original service order. When Mike and Jake left, the mess left with them... it was great having nothing to throw away or deal with... just some wonderful hot water.Thanks to all! I would definitely recommend DRF.
