I needed a permit from my town for the replacement, and went straight from Home Depot to the town offices. I was 10 minutes out of the store when DRF called to say Andy was on his way. By the time I got home with the permit, Andy and Clayton were waiting at my house. They were very polite and professional. The had the new water heater installed in about an hour and a half. It’s a very clean install and they explained everything I needed to know when they were done. I’m very happy with the service.
