The installation team, which comprised of Tom and Dave came out to my house the next day and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and how everything was supposed to work after the project was completed. Both Tom and Dave were courteous, professional, and mindful of my house and the surrounding work area. Being that it is winter and snowy out, they were very careful to make sure they did not track in mud or salt. They used boot covers on their boots and the dolly that was needed to bring to old water heater out of the house. The work that Tom and Dave performed looked professional and appears to be solid. After the installation was complete, Tom and Dave went over the documentation and warranty information and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I would use DRF again in the future and I would recommend them as well.
