Tom and Collin were very professional, neat and efficient with the installation. After assessing my situation Tom walked me through the various options and describing the pros and cons of each so that I felt comfortable with my selection. Afterwards he walked me through the features of the tank. The night before, Judy was very thorough in walking me through what to expect and making sure the plumber had all the necessary information. Finally, Amber was awesome in getting me the certificate of insurance on a rush basis because I didn't realize I needed it until Tom was on his way, but she got it done. Overall a very good experience.
