It should be 4.5 stars . Very punctual and professional. Andy, you and your companion did a great job installing the new water heater, it's working great! But I had a feedback of course. I never mentioned to HomeDepot that I needed replacement of a water valve shutoff. I mentioned to H.D that another party who were supposed to install the water heater said that I may need some of the small pipes at the bottom of the heater to be replaced but they never "found" the main water shut off in my house and that is why I cancelled their service and asked again for Home Depot's. To my surprise you came to the house with a water valve shutoff to replace without seeing it before, probably just following HD job written estimates. H.D gave me a 75 dollar discount as a return customer but kind of feeling that water shut off valve that you replaced was to make up the discount given by H.D. You said that needed to be replaced so At that point without knowing about water heaters, and being without hot water for 4 days, I wanted this incovenience to be history and I simply complied. Also it would be nice to use shoe covers to protect the clients carpet floor.
