When they arrived to install the water heater I purchased over the phone the night before from **** ***** (DRF is the retailer's water heater installer), they learned the model was too tall to properly connect to the existing ventilation system though the furnance chimney. It was a relief that Andy had another model on the truck that would fit (DRF always carries spares he says) and the installation did not have to be rescheduled because the old water heater was leaking badly. The quote for the new model was less. Installation went smootly and clean-up was spotless, which exceeded my expecations.
