Our kitchen faucet on a granite counter top lost its handle and we ordered a Kohler faucet from the Home Depot. We requested Home Depot to instal the faucet and they contacted DRF to carry out the instal even on a Saturday. Matt B. Was the licensed plumber who came to do the instal. Matt was very cordial, cheerful and customer friendly technician who knew his job and very efficiently carried out the instal and left the kitchen in a very clean state. He clearly explained the hot/cold operation of the faucet and the use of pull out spray head operation for stream, shower and power jet functions. He took his time explaining the aerator function and how to change the aerator or open the single spout faucet handle to access the main cartridge for replacement if necessary. He was very patient answering our questions. We thoroughly recommend DRF and in particular Matt B.
