Excellent experience, all around. Everyone involved - at the office and on-site - was professional, thorough, extremely prompt and conscientious. Came to DRF through a HomeDepot waterheater purchase. Plumber Tom T and associate (Anthony) were a pleasure to work with. This turned into a somewhat complex job, due to space, ducting and waste stack constraints. Tom thought it through and made it work, and - more importantly - made it work right. As expected, there was on on-site upcharge for the additional complexities, but it was fair and reasonable. The real indicator of the quality it the thought and consideration that Tom and Anthony put in to make the install absolutely right. A lesser professional might have cut some corners to make the install simpler. But they took the time and some extra effort to make a couple of well-considered choices, like changing the orientation of the heater and a modification to the routing of the waste stack for prudent ducting clearances, that made the work truly professional and correct. It's a great feeling when you see a completed job that reflects a thoughtful and thorough standard of work. These guys went all-out to make it right, not just passable. Truly appreciate how everyone pulled together to make the install happen quickly and with quality. Would highly recommend to anyone and I would unreservedly use DRF in the future.
