Matt B. and his apprentice, Noah, were timely, courteous, efficient, competent and polite. They did a great job installing our new water heater and removing the old one. Very neat and clean work done by both. Your customer service people have been floundering around for 4 days now and have not yet delivered the CO and Water alarms that were part of the package. Multiple phone calls, promises to deliver the next day all have produced no results. Not happy with your customer services. Do something about it!

Water Heater Services Provided

This Grayslake, Illinois customer needed to replace a 16 year old 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater in their townhome. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s first floor closet.
