Antuan and Cameron were efficient and professional and courteous. The installation went exactly as described. The only negative about the experience was DRF's dispatchers. We were scheduled for Dec 11. After confirming calls that morning, we had not heard anything, so I called DRF at 4 pm. They said the crew was still on another job. Then they called at 730 pm to see if the crew should still come out. We rescheduled for Dec 12but that should have been the obvious conclusion earlier than 730 pm.
