(Excludes re-installation of previously used fixtures including toilets, faucets and other fixtures. Excludes sump pump installations.)

We’ll do it right the first time.  If for any reason a failure should occur and workmanship is the determining factor for failure, we will correct any workmanship deficiency free of charge.
