After waiting for more than a week from SEARS, I contacted HOME DEPOT to replace my broken gas hot water heater. Very efficiently, Home Depot, hooked me up with Teresa at DRF. DRF is a contractor that has the home installation contract to install the hot water heaters purchased at HOME DEPOT. Called on a Monday before noon, and that same Monday, my new hot water heater was being installed. My family likes me again. Great job by all at DRF.
