Andy and Manny did their job. They were very knowledgeable and quick but they let the heater water spill on our white carpet while they were strapping it to be removed. They didn't have any tarp on the floor to protect the carpet. Perhaps it can be suggested that it can be provided for future customers? We are thankful though for the quick fix on our problem.
