Rich and his helper Brandon were great. They left my space cleaner than when they came. I really liked the fact that they put the old hot water tanks in a plastic bag to keep my carpeted floor from being soiled. They were done in a flash. They were very efficient. I would hope all the techs were as friendly and efficient. If I need other plumbing work I would highly recommend Rich.
