Matt was phenomenal and did an absolutely fantastic job. His knowledge was exceptional and he even spotted an additional issue that we had with our shut off valves. The installation was flawless. Your inside sales team needs a lot of work. Why does it take SOOOOO long to schedule an appointment. I wanted Matt to come back out and fix the valves for me because they had done such a spectacular job on my water heater install. So I called while I was at work. What a miserable experience. All I wanted was for them to send Matt and his friend back out to install new valves. I was on the phone for an hour and STILL never got an appointment scheduled. They couldn't seem to find information, couldn't find their notes, put me on hold, bounced me to at least four different people who then tried to send me back to the original person I spoke to, but ended up getting someone entirely different. Allow me to be frank just briefly. Your system sucks. You have great installers, a great product and a relationship with arguably the largest hardware store in the world. Why would you screw that up with a disastrous inside sales system. Your system needs to have the same rep follow the client's order from beginning to end. That rep needs to be well versed in the products and know how to make that system flow. Fix it and all will be well. Ignore it and find yourself alongside once great companies like US Buggy Whip.
