Andy G. is great! He came to my home, installed my water heater, told me what he was doing as he did it, taught me how to handle and maintain the water heater, replaced a bad valve and installed a new oil drip pipe. All things I did not know. He went above and beyond. Moreover, he provided quality service. I just moved into my house and I have been told three times, with the city inspector being one of them, on how great the water heater was installed. I appreciate Andy G. very much and we currently have an appointment for him to come out and do our sump pump. My wife is very big on professionalism and craftsmanship. The first thing she told me when Andy G. left was that he was very professional, knowledgeable, and has great craftsmanship. We value Andy G. and we hope that DRF values him, too. Keep that man happy!!! Don't lose this guy!!!
