Kevin and his apprentice were fantastic! They explained what they needed to do. What existing issues I had with my vent and gas shut off that needed to be completely replaced and even replaced the water shut off at no additional charge. They cleaned up after they finished. Swept the floor. Broke down the box from the water heater and put it by my dumpster then they explained the operation of the heater and showed me how to light it. They even helped me with a water pressure issue with my kicker faucet sprayer that clogged after the water was turned back on.
