I was given DRF's name thru Home Depot to for a hot water tank leak. When I called them they sent out Matt and his helper Noe within several hours. Matt diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes. The tank was under warranty so Matt talked to the distributor rep to get an authorization number for the repair . He also called the recommended plumbing supply company and tried to get the part. The part wasn't available so he was not going to be able to fix. While Matt was on the phone with the supplier his helper, Noe, asked for a piece of hose to attach to the tank so the water would go directly down a floor drain. I will recommend not only Matt but DRF to family and friends if they ever have a plumbing problem. Matt explained the problem and took the time to talk to people to help with the problem. He was courteous, helpful and very professional.
