Had my water heater go out on a Sunday morning - Andy and Clayton were able to show up same day with a replacement. In the process, they pointed out a few items that needed to brought up to code and did a nice job describing the issues. They were prompt and courteous. Also did a nice job cleaning up the area and leaving it clean once finished. Andy was thorough in explaining the features on the new machine and how we might deal with any issues going forward. Overall, very happy with the the service & technician team.
This Chicago, Illinois customer needed to replace a 10 year old 40 gallon Richmond gas, power vent water heater in their apartment/condo/high rise. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s closet.
