Our installation and installers were great and very professional. What I didn't like was the customer service I received when I called in reguards to making the water hotter. I was basically told " you need to figure it or you can pay 150 to have a guy come out. She could not tell me how to do it on the phone. As always You tube came thru. For someone that has never had to get a new electric water heater , this should of been instructed at the time of installation. I didn't know to ask this of him.
