As I mentioned on my BBB review, Mike and Donovan came to install a new hot water heater at our house on the day after Christmas. They did an excellent job on the installation, and in the process uncovered an unrelated plumbing problem that quickly became an emergency. They stayed until 9pm troubleshooting that issue, and went way beyond the call of duty. They came back the next morning to finish the job and were stellar across the board. They were highly professional, courteous and informed, and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Mike and Donovan!!
This Glen Ellyn, Illinois customer needed to replace a 7 year old 50 gallon G.E. gas water heater in their single family home. The existing water heater was located in the customer’s basement.
