I am very happy with the water heater installation. I had a 75 gal Rheem installed. The first unit would not ignite, it was defective. They were able to get another water heater the next day. That model when unboxed had a dent on the top! So I rejected that. It was afternoon, Saturday and the plumber was still going to hook it up so I would have hot water until another unit could be found for a next week install. I told them no, I could go a couple of days w/o Hot water. I appreciated the intent, however. The 3rd unit that was delivered on Monday was fine and was hooked up in less than 30 mins and was working. I was very happy, and even though it took a few days, that was not their fault. The plumber, Clayton, was very friendly and explained its usage of it, and answered all my questions.
